Some of you know Alexa toolbar but a lot internet user need more informations about the web.
In 2005 the Alexa information service was released on by the amazon.com platform to create the more importanta an vaste web data traffic.
Alexa crawling 4.5 Billion pages from over 16 million sites and the information is returned to the community with improved related links and traffic tankings and page views and number of users that one website receive the same data data is also the basis for the Alexa traffic rank and traffic history graphs.
Every time user changes pages, the Alexa toolbar communicates with Alexa servers to retrieve information which is then displayed in the toolbar, so anyone can see in the toolbar the Alexa rank and find out all your competitor traffic rank .The lower The Alexa ranking number the more visited is the site.
My suggestion if you care about Alexa rank install the toolbar and be connected with the Alexa community and SEO Blog
